How to set up easy online access to your 2024 W-2 form

Before you can access your Spherion W-2 online, you must be registered in Spherion's NetWORK employee portal. 

To register for the Spherion Network (SpherionNetWORK), which is the employee portal for Spherion, follow these steps: 

  1. Access the SpherionNetWORK Login Page.
  2. If you're a new user, you'll need to register. If you're an existing user, log in using your existing username and password.
  3. If registering for the first time, you'll be prompted to provide your personal information and create an account.
  4. Set up security questions or enable two-factor authentication for added security.

Contact the Spherion Support Center at 888-218-4417 for assistance with the NetWORK registration process.

If you have registered for the Spherion NetWORK self service portal before, you may need to update your security questions. Here's how:

  1. Log on to Spherion NetWORK (http://www.spherionnetwork.com). 
  2. Add your security questions and answers by clicking on "My System Profile," then "Change or set up forgotten password help."
  3. While you're there, make sure the rest of your information is accurate.

If you have not registered for self-service and/or set up your security questions, we will email your W-2 to the email address we have on file for you.

Antes de poder acceder a su Spherion W-2 en línea, debe estar registrado en el portal de empleados NetWORK de Spherion. 

Para registrarse en Spherion Network (SpherionNetWORK), que es el portal de empleados de Spherion, siga estos pasos:

Si se ha registrado anteriormente en el portal de autoservicio de Spherion NetWORK, es posible que deba actualizar sus preguntas de seguridad. He aquí cómo:

Request Your 2024 W-2 through our Automated Phone System

Starting Jan 24th, you may also use Spherion’s Automated Phone System (IVR) to request a W-2 emailed or mailed to you by following these steps: 

  1. Call 1.888.218.4417. You'll speak with "Sandy," Spherion's friendly automated helper.
  2. Choose English or Spanish.
  3. When prompted, Enter your SS# and/or date of birth.
  4. Follow the prompts for a W-2.
  5. Select Email or Mail (within 5 minutes for email and 5-7 days for mailed).

W-2 forms will be available no later than Jan. 31, 2024. Please note, requests for W-2 corrections (W-2Cs) can take 3 to 4 weeks to process.

Solicite su W-2 2024 a través de nuestro sistema telefónico automatizado

A partir del 24 de enero, también podrá utilizar el sistema telefónico automatizado (IVR) de Spherion para solicitar un formulario W-2 por correo electrónico o postal siguiendo estos pasos:
