As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will ensure high-speed production equipment operates at peak efficiency. You will be a key contributor to operational success, focusing on electrical troubleshooting, robotics, and preventative maintenance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose malfunctions in relays, motors, position sensors, and circuit boards.

• Preventative Maintenance (PM): Perform routine and emergency repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  

• Electrical Maintenance: Repair/replace electrical components, including transformers, switches, and lighting.

• Metal Fabrication: Use lathes, drill presses, and grinders to repair or fabricate custom parts.

• Equipment Commissioning: Assist in the setup, leveling, and installation of new machinery and robotic systems.

• Documentation: Utilize CMMS software to log work orders, inventory, and machine status.

• Safety: Maintain strict compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.

• Experience: Proven background in complex mechanical, hydraulic, and robotic maintenance within a high-volume manufacturing facility.

• Diagnostic Skills: Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize production downtime.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (climbing, bending, standing) for extended periods.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
