Full Time | Monday - Friday | 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with Overtime

$15.00 Per Hour | Temporary (3-5 months or longer) | 6 - 12 months warehouse or production experience

Responsibilities:
As a Spherion Production Associate, you'll work within a dynamic and innovative team that is committed to excellence and safety; playing a key role in our client's manufacturing team, ensuring operational efficiency to produce high-quality products.

- Operating production and assembly line equipment
- Ensure products are bottled, labeled, and packaged accordingly
- Manage and maintain production space to ensuring an organized and efficiency workspace
- Ensure all safety and quality guidelines are being adhered to and followed
- Help team reach daily performance goals and metrics
- Lift (up to 50lbs) and move products often throughout the shift frequently
- Work as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
- 6-12 months experience within a Manufacturing, Production or General Warehouse environment
- Ability to perform basic Math - addition, subtraction, multiplication, basic division
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Possess a positive, can-do, attitude that will contribute to the overall team moral and company culture
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work well under pressure and deadline driven work

- Plus to be familiar with Forklift operations (must have been previously certified in last 18 months for consideration of these roles)

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
- Physical Stamina - Must be able to stand for eight to ten hours per day and frequently lift up to 50lbs consistently. Bending, lifting, using hands, and arms throughout the day.

- Availability - Must be available to work a standard 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule, Monday - Friday, with the flexibility to work overtime, whether you are asked to stay past 4pm to fulfill active orders, or come in for 4-6 hours on a Saturday to meet the week's goals

- Reliable Transportation - You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work in Brooksville, FL.

- Education - High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (verification of education required)

- Job Fit Assessment - all candidates being considered will be required to complete a 45 - 60 minute Job Fit assessment based on the position you are applying for
