Spherion is hiring for 2nd Shift Assembly Workers in Burgettstown. The pay rate for the Assembly position is $17.50-$19.50 an hour. The Assembly position is Monday through Thursday 3:30pm-2am with optional OT always available on Friday. This is a full-time position where you will be assembling wooden crates with hand and power tools.

Job Description:
Assembly Workers will be responsible for assembling and packaging crates along with smaller pieces.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble wooden crates with power and hand tools according to specifications
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship while strictly following all safety protocols
- Consistently meet or exceed production targets
- Operate computer systems and scanners to manage work orders
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in other departments and working overtime to meet business needs
Education: No Requirements
Experience: 6 months
Physical:
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to use hand tools efficiently
- Must be able to work in a safe manner
