Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt, professional responses to all client and carrier inquiries. Manage the full cycle of account maintenance, including policy updates, endorsements, and renewals.
Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous data integrity within our Agency Management System (AMS) and Filecenter. Execute renewals with 120-day lead times, meticulously tracking all checklists, loss runs, and application updates.
Strategic Problem Solving: Collaborate with account executives to navigate complex coverage issues. Use your competitive drive to resolve challenges efficiently and ensure seamless policy administration.
Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage premium calculations, audits, and commissions. Proactively handle accounts receivable, identifying past-due balances and coordinating check requests for refunds.
Operational Support: Process claims, bonds, and certificates. Support front-office operations, including phone coverage and mail distribution, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
