In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal production teams, managing the full lifecycle of client projects. From initial request and data handling through production and final billing, you will ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and relationship management
Oversee projects from intake through production and billing
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Monitor inventory and production flow to support project deadlines
Manage client data and generate reports using internal systems
Identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in account management, customer service, sales, or administrative roles
Familiarity with project management concepts or tools
Experience working with data, reporting, or CRM systems
Exposure to manufacturing, print, or production environments
Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Good verbal and written English communication
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Basic to intermediate technical proficiency (data entry, reporting tools, Microsoft Office/Excel)
Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional customer service and interpersonal skills
