Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Specialist to be a central part of our team, managing critical administrative tasks, handling client correspondence, and ensuring the seamless processing of insurance documents, all in a 100% in-office environment.
Monitors various processes for the verification of client information and completes data entry

Corresponds with the agent or the insured to inform them or receive the information about the account
status or alterations
Daily retrieves Agency Bills and Direct Bill documents including but not limited to endorsements and
accounting
Processes mailings to Insured, Carriers, and other vendors
Process mail (outside box, scanning to appropriate place/person)
Helps answer main phone line
Manages service desk processing Certificates of Insurance and running MVR's
Handling bond requests
Various pre-renewal tasks such as pulling applications and obtaining documents from carriers for team
members

Responsibilities:
In the performance of their respective duties and responsibilities, all team members are expected to conform to

Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts
with other team members and organizations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of basic insurance concepts and processes is preferred.
Basic Project Management.
Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Must have interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
Strong decision-making skills enabling you to anticipate pitfalls.
