Accountant will manage all facets of accounting to include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
?Process weekly payroll using QuickBooks and proprietary third-party software
?Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for multiple states

?Process weekly timesheets
?Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare related reports to include bank reconciliations
?Maintain vendor records
?Maintain all aspects of accounts payable, credit card management and month-end close cycles
?Coordinate with HR and management to resolve payroll and accounting inquiries
?Maintains and processes garnishment records
?Prepare monthly financial reports
?Prepare and file monthly and quarterly payroll tax filings
?Prepare worker compensation reports and payments
?Maintain 401k deductions, reporting and compliance testing
?Prepare financial statistics and respond to management inquiry
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
