This is a unique, high-impact role where you aren't just managing a ledger-you are the financial heartbeat of our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with service technicians, visit customer sites, and bridge the gap between field activity and financial profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of invoicing, pricing, and profitability analysis for contracts and sales orders.
- Lead month-end activities, including journal entries, financial tracking, and P&L reporting.
- Conduct audits of Customer Maintenance Contracts to ensure renewal pricing is aligned with market and internal standards.
- Oversee collections and explain financial variances to leadership.
- Operational Integration & Efficiency
- Service Coordination: Manage the reconciliation of quoted hours versus actual hours worked for Service Technicians.
- Scheduling & Quoting: Actively participate in quoting job orders and assisting with service technician scheduling to maximize efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Streamline financial workflows and collaborate on inventory reconciliation.
- Field Engagement: Visit customer sites as needed to better understand project scope and strengthen client relationships.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and the MS Office Suite is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or service environment is a plus.
- Technical Skills: * Expert-level MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization).

- Education: Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel to North Carolina for one week of initial training, with the possibility of attending quarterly meetings.
