Whether your expertise lies in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable, we have a seat for you. This is a high-impact role where you won't just be processing transactions; you'll be a key player in refining our new SAP workflows and ensuring our manufacturing costs and revenues are captured with precision.
Responsibilities:
Depending on your background and "superpowers," your primary focus will be one of the following:
If you are an AP Specialist:
Manage the full-cycle AP process within SAP, including 3-way matching (PO, Receiver, Invoice).
Work closely with the Controller to reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a manufacturing environment.
Assist in transitioning legacy Sage vendor data and optimizing new SAP payment cycles.
If you are an AR Specialist:
Own the billing and collections process, ensuring customer payments are applied accurately in SAP.
Monitor credit limits and work with the sales team to resolve short-pays or pricing disputes.
Perform aging analysis and assist the Controller with cash flow forecasting.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
Experience with SAP and/or Sage
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in high-volume AP or AR.
Advanced Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your friends).
