This role is a unique blend of high-level hands-on accounting expertise and team leadership. It is designed for someone who takes pride in precision, values collaboration, and enjoys helping others grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily balancing and reconciliation of accounts and systems with a high degree of precision. Oversee and review the work of Accounting Associates to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold strong internal controls. Ensure all duties are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support and coach the accounting team through active training, cross-training, and day-to-day guidance. Ensure associates understand expectations and perform with confidence.
- Assist various departments by researching discrepancies and resolving accounting-related inquiries. Lead department projects and process improvements to meet critical deadlines.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- 5+ years of prior banking experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reconciliation.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others.

Bachelors

4-7 years
