Responsibilities:
Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), bank reconciliations, and the month-end close process.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate financial statements, cost reports, and operational performance summaries.
Cost & Inventory Control: Manage cost accounting, yield analysis, and strict inventory valuation to support our production lines.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide our internal accounting staff to ensure accuracy and professional growth.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in food manufacturing, meat processing, or distribution
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor???s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Software Expertise: Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.
Key Strengths: Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing financial controls.
Leadership & Drive: Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
