The Accounting Clerk assists our dealership controller in maintaining financial accuracy across vehicle sales, service billing, and inventory. This role ensures timely processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and daily cashiering reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable for vehicle inventory, parts, and service vendor invoices.

Reconcile daily cashier receipts, cash transactions, and credit card payments against dealership management system (DMS) records.
Assist in vehicle title/registration processing and break down car deal jackets for accounting posting.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience processing AP/AR for vehicle inventory, parts, and service vendor invoices. Proficiency in balancing daily cashier receipts, cash transactions, and credit card payments against internal records.

Attention to Detail: Essential for spotting discrepancies, minimizing errors, and maintaining absolute financial accuracy.
