We are seeking a focused and detail-oriented Project Accounting Assistant for a high-priority, 5-6 week data reconciliation project. This is a great role for someone who enjoys "finding the needle in the haystack" and ensuring every number has its place.

Responsibilities:
Report Reconciliation: Review physical and digital reports to ensure they match internal system data.

Data Verification: Identify discrepancies between billing records, receipts, and ledger entries.

Light Data Entry: Update system records and spreadsheets with corrected information.

Problem Solving: Flag inconsistencies and ask clarifying questions to ensure 100% accuracy.

Clerical Support: General filing and organization of project-related documentation.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
