Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and consolidated financial statements.
- Oversee manufacturing-specific accounting operations, including standard costing, inventory valuation (raw materials, WIP, finished goods), CapEx tracking, and fixed assets.
- Manage day-to-day accounting staff, customer credit evaluation, and collections while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and external audit compliance.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential is a plus.
- Prior experience managing internal controls and compliance audits in an organization subject to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) or parent-company operating standards.
- Experience with cross-border trade transactions, including international billing, customs accounting, and multi-state tax reporting.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of standard cost accounting and inventory controls.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex modeling, formulas, pivot tables) and direct experience working with integrated ERP systems.
- Proven supervisory capabilities with excellent communication skills to lead an accounting team and present financial findings to cross-functional operational leaders.
