Responsibilities:
Direct the monthly, semi-annual, and annual closing processes, including the preparation of comprehensive financial statements.
Manage the monthly budgeting process, consolidate departmental budgets, and perform detailed variance analysis for management review.
Oversee all treasury activities, including the supervision of cash flow and the management of short-term and long-term loans.
Lead the preparation and coordination of annual and semi-annual audit processes.
Prepare and present monthly and ad-hoc financial reports and analytical insights to top management and corporate headquarters.
Supervise and mentor assistant accounting managers and the broader accounting associate team.
Develop, implement, and maintain a robust system of internal controls, accounting policies, and administrative procedures.
Ensure all accounting and tax activities comply with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Collaborate with vendors, government officials, external auditors, and internal stakeholders across various settings.
Continuously identify and implement improvements for processes, procedures, and departmental programs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while promoting health and safety standards for all associates.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Hold an MBA or CPA certification.
Have prior experience working within the automotive manufacturing sector.

Bachelors

Experience:
5 years

Qualifications:
Possess a BS in Accounting or Finance.
Maintain a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or an equivalent field in a fast-paced environment.
Hold previous experience specifically within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of GAAP, internal controls, accounts payable/receivable, billing, fixed assets, general ledger, closing, budgeting, cost accounting, and treasury management.
Display a high level of proficiency in all MS-Office Suite applications.
Exhibit outstanding presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively using both proper verbal and written language.
Display strong decision-making skills, the ability to be persuasive, and a commitment to maintaining confidential information.
Willing to work mandatory overtime and travel occasionally as required.
Possess a valid driver's license for the use of company vehicles.
