Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain and optimize ERP systems.
Collaborate with project management and operational teams.
Implement and monitor internal controls and processes.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with Unanet AE.
Familiarity with Deltek systems.
Experience using artificial intelligence or automation tools in accounting.

Bachelors

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of eight years? experience in accounting, with at least three years in the architectural engineering or construction industry.
Proficiency with ERP systems and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
