Responsibilities:
As the Accounts Payable and Procurement Manager, you will handle the accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices, cash disbursements, corporate credit card reconciliations, and employee expense reimbursements. You will also take the lead on developing organizational purchasing policies, obtaining competitive vendor quotes, reviewing service contracts to unlock cost savings, and maintaining compliant vendor records. Additionally, you will partner closely with internal teams to assist with month end and year end closing activities, donation receipt entries, and system reconciliations across financial platforms.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience with Blackbaud software, specifically Raiser's Edge.
Familiarity with non profit accounting practices and grant compliance requirements.
Proven background in vendor contract negotiations and identifying cost saving opportunities.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, and procurement support.
Bachelor???s degree from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate/advanced technical skills such as pivot tables and charts.
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines independently.
Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills for cross departmental collaboration.
