Fort Atkinson, WI
Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm
Contract to hire
What You Will Do
Process high-volume vendor invoices and match purchase orders with precision
Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
Maintain vendor files with clear record-keeping
Process expense reports and verify compliance
What You Will Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent, preference for an associate degree in Accounting
1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software such as an ERP system
