Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will handle all aspects of AP-related duties to support the facility's day-to-day financial operations. Your main duties will include:
Daily AP Data Entry: Accurately enter and process invoice data for all suppliers.
Payment Processing: Prepare weekly payments and successfully execute the weekly AP check run.
Vendor Relations: Correspond directly with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, past-due notices, and payment inquiries.
Reconciliations & Reports: Perform monthly bank reconciliations for the primary account, handle month-end reconciliation of POAI reports, and prepare/analyze aging reports.
Tax Compliance: Complete monthly Sales Tax returns accurately and on time.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized AP-related filing systems and perform other financial duties as required.

Education: Associate???s Degree in Accounting or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Experience: 3???5 years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Work Style: Comfortable commuting daily to a fully on-site environment in Ridgeway, SC.
Software Proficiency: Strong, proven proficiency with SAP is highly preferred, alongside intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
Traits: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities for seamless vendor management.
