Responsibilities:
*Invoice Generation & Distribution: Create and issue accurate client invoices promptly upon completion of services or milestones using QuickBooks.
*Vendor & Client Dispute Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for billing questions, invoice discrepancies, and account inquiries.
*Financial Reporting Assistance: Generate weekly and monthly AR/AP summary reports to keep leadership informed of cash positions and aging liabilities.
*Disbursements & Cash Flow: Schedule and execute vendor payments via check, wire, or ACH according to payment terms to optimize cash flow and retain early-payment discounts.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
*Bilingual Proficiency: You can fluently speak and write in both English and Spanish. You will use this skill to clearly explain paystubs, tax withholdings, and company policies to our diverse warehouse crew, ensuring every team member feels heard and understood.
*Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for numbers?catching a single misplaced decimal before anyone else does.
*Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
*Accounting Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or accounts payable.
*QuickBooks Proficiency: Hands-on experience using QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) for both AR and AP functions.
*Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: A solid understanding of regulations, including overtime calculations, state-specific labor laws, and tax withholding requirements.
* High-Precision Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of catching and resolving minor discrepancies in financial records, vendor bills, and client invoices before processing.
