Assist customers with building and optimizing candidate profiles within state job database systems.
Conduct individual interviews and administer career assessment tools to identify customer skills, interests, work histories, and training opportunities.
Provide specialized employment counseling and case management for individuals facing unique employment challenges.
Match qualified job seekers with open employment opportunities, ensuring alignment with employer requirements.
Lead individual and group orientation sessions to inform community members about available programs, supportive services, and labor market trends.
Assist with organizing and executing hiring events, community job fairs, and employer recruitment activities.
Maintain accurate, compliant customer records and service documentation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in career counseling, case management, or customer service environments.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, business, education, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational abilities, time management, and comfortable working with office technology.
Basic mathematical skills to calculate percentages and hours.
Problem-solving abilities to evaluate information and draw practical solutions.
