In this role, you will be the backbone of the office and the master of the ledgers. You'll handle everything from high-volume vendor payment processing, managing over 100 transactions monthly, to ensuring every meeting and travel plan is executed flawlessly. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both internal departments and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the accounts payable cycle, including recording, verifying, and reconciling ledgers for 100+ monthly vendor transactions.
- Process vendor payments with high accuracy and maintain strong professional relationships with external partners.
- Manage executive calendars, prepare meeting agendas, and coordinate all aspects of professional travel.
- Oversee office essentials, handle incoming calls, and assist with creative projects like building presentations.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations within a busy manufacturing setting.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools for presentation building.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex priorities.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience, including full-cycle payment processing.
- At least 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in SAGE accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with prospective clients and current customers.
This position is a temporary role starting January 22, 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent career for the right candidate.
