The Operations & Administrative Coordinator provides critical support to both our operational needs and the Executive Director, ensuring efficiency across administrative, logistical, and foundational activities.

Operations Support:
Manage and maintain organizational systems, including office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts.
Coordinate logistics for all meetings, events, and training sessions (e.g., room setup, materials, tech needs).
Oversee office management, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
Executive/Administrative Support:
Serve as the primary assistant to the Executive Director (ED), managing their calendar, travel arrangements, and communications.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas/minutes for the ED and Board of Directors.
Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and processing organizational mail.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and act as a reliable problem-solver.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excel, Microsoft, CRM (Salesforce / Growth zone)
Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or executive assistant role
