Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in person and over the phone with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Direct individuals to the appropriate departments, resources, or medical staff.
Resolve patient and customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Answer inquiries regarding public health services, clinic policies, and general information.
Process, organize, and file paperwork accurately to maintain seamless office operations.
Manage specialized administrative tasks, including invoicing parking tickets and processing related payments.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient and office records in compliance with healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Perform accurate and timely data entry for patient tracking, scheduling, or billing purposes.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Customer Service: Proven ability to handle client interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse populations and medical staff.
Organization & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional ability to manage paperwork, handle data entry with high accuracy, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Confidentiality: Deep understanding of handling sensitive personal and medical information securely.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency with basic office software (Word, Excel) and adaptability to electronic health records (EHR) or billing systems.
