Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Leasing: Process annual and interim re-certifications in accordance with [LIHTC/Section 8/HUD] guidelines. Ensure all resident files are audit-ready at all times.
Financial Management: Lead rent collection efforts, post payments, manage delinquencies, and prepare daily bank deposits.
Resident Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, work orders, and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism.
Administrative Support: Assist in marketing vacant units, conducting tours, and processing move-ins/move-outs.
Site Inspections: Assist in physical inspections of the property to ensure safety and curb appeal meet company and regulatory standards.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and HUD.
Certifications such as COS (Certified Occupational Specialist) or HCCP.
Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1???3 years of experience in residential property management.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Fair Housing Act regulations is a must.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, or AppFolio) and MS Office.
Soft Skills: Strong de-escalation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
