In this dynamic role, you will serve as a strategic right hand, acting as the primary hub for executive operations, board communications, and high-level stakeholder engagement. You will manage a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, balancing big-picture priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Executive Orchestration: Proactively manage complex executive calendars, high-volume communications, travel logistics, and daily operational priorities.
Stakeholder & Board Liaison: Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for board members, civic leaders, local business executives, and community partners.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Prepare comprehensive meeting briefing materials, agendas, and presentation decks; manage board meeting logistics and official meeting minutes.
Special Projects & Research: Conduct preliminary research, draft high-level correspondence, and track key organizational initiatives from inception to completion.
Administrative Operations: Oversee departmental record-keeping, process expense reports, and ensure smooth office workflows.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Board Governance & Relations: Experience preparing board packets, recording formal minutes, managing committee scheduling, and maintaining board portals or confidential documentation.
Public & Community Relations: Ability to interface professionally with civic officials, community partners, high-level donors, or local business leaders with polish and discretion.

Experience: 1-4 years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting non-profit leaders, or board-governed organizations.
