??? Processes customer applications and similar paperwork.
??? Answers, screens, and directs calls on multi-line phone system in a courteous and professional
manner; takes messages and/or forwards telephone calls to appropriate employee, voice mail, or
pager.
??? Meets and greets all visitors; determines their needs and directs them to the appropriate
employee/locations.
??? Composes and types of routine correspondence as required.
??? Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
as required.
??? Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence and other records.
??? Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
??? Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
??? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
??? Strong people and customer service skills in a professional setting
??? Strong Microsoft skills and knowledge.
??? Ability to work independently and efficiently and perform with minimal supervision.
??? Ability to apply knowledge to company???s and customer???s current and future needs.
??? Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
??? A valid driver's license is required. Must be insurable with no major infractions. Job may require
some travel.
??? Review and monitor Pre Lien jobs.
??? Process expense reports for field personnel.
??? Assist with safety reports.
??? Issues Per Diem Checks.
??? Assist Operations/Administrative Managers with various tasks.
??? Coordinates Training Classes and office functions.
??? Monitors Utility check register.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in dispatching.
1 to 4 years of relevant experience

High School

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or higher desired.
Ability to perform diversified clerical functions and administrative procedures.
A valid driver's license is required. Must be insurable with no major infractions. Job may require
