Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:
Data & Reporting: Generate high-level reports by consolidating data from multiple sources; utilize Power BI and advanced Excel functions to provide actionable insights.
Coordination & Leadership: Lead and coordinate meetings, manage event planning logistics, and handle complex travel arrangements.
Office Operations: Support management with confidential materials, maintain filing systems, monitor invoices, and oversee office supply inventories.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal teams, ensuring all correspondence is professional and timely.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar operational role.
Strong ability to lead meetings and coordinate cross-departmental efforts.
A collaborative mindset with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
Software Mastery: Proficiency in Office 365 (with a heavy emphasis on strong Excel skills) and Power BI experience is a must.
