Responsibilities:
Office Management: Maintain a professional and efficient office environment, managing supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
Communication Hub: Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, etc.).
Scheduling Superstar: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and team members.
Document Dynamo: Create, edit, and proofread professional documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Records Keeper: Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure quick and easy retrieval of information.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects and events as needed, showing flexibility and a can-do attitude.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) or CRM systems.
Experience with basic bookkeeping or expense report preparation.
A relevant certification or associate's degree.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be comfortable interacting with internal staff and external clients.
Organization King/Queen: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Independent Drive: A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
