Responsibilities:
Complex Setups: Perform independent CNC setups and machine maintenance for high-precision components.
Process Development: Collaborate directly with engineers on program prove-outs and process improvements.
Quality & Precision: Utilize GD&T, SPC data collection, and advanced tools like CMM and Trimos to ensure zero-defect production.
Technical Documentation: Read and interpret complex blueprints with advanced Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Operational Excellence: Maintain material flow and high-level technical communication within a collaborative team environment
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to read and understand CNC programs and operational layouts as required.
Proven understanding of tooling requirements to set up and operate machines in the departments, including pre-setting of tools.
Demonstrated ability to perform a sequence of operations and consistently maintain the performance level set for quality and productivity.
Demonstrated skill and use of precision measurements and standards.
Understanding of safety rules and regulations to prevent unsafe set-ups, operations, or acts which might cause injury to self, others, or the environment.
Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record with independent CNC setups and operation.
Technical: Expertise in reading blueprints with GD&T.
Shift: Must be available for 2nd Shift (2:00 PM ??? 10:00 PM).
Physical: Ability to stand for 85% of the shift and lift up to 45 lbs.
Compliance: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
PPE: Willingness to wear Safety Glasses, Steel-Toed Shoes, and Ear Protection daily.
