Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Efficiently operate advanced CNC Lathes and Mills to produce critical fluid-handling components.
- Precision Adjustments: Perform tool offsets and adjustments to maintain rigorous quality standards.
- Quality Inspection: Use Micrometers, Calipers, Comparators, and CMM to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
- Documentation: Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T technical drawings while performing SPC data entry.
- Workflow Management: Maintain material flow and autonomous work habits in a high-accountability environment.
Working hours:
Skills:
- Previous experience in a clean, precision manufacturing environment.
- Machine Tool Technology Degree or currently enrolled in machining school (MTECH/Davis).
- Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and high-level GD&T.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Machine Tool Technology Degree or currently enrolled in machining school.
Experience:
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of CNC operation experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Technical: Must be proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
- Shift: Must be available for 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM ??? 6:00 AM (Monday - Friday).
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for 100% of the shift.
- Compliance: Must pass a 7-year background check and a technical skills test.
- PPE: Willingness to wear Safety Glasses, Steel-Toed Shoes, and Ear Protection daily.
