Responsibilities:-Deliver comprehensive lesson plans and training materials in accordance with industry standards and educational best practices-Provide both theoretical and practical instruction, ensuring aerospace employees gain hands-on experience with relevant tools and equipment-Assess aerospace employees performance through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations, offering constructive feedback to facilitate improvement-Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of education provided-Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment, adhering to all institutional and industry safety protocolInstruct students in various aerospace subjects, including but not limited to:1. Electrical Instructor- Electrical Aircraft installations and assemble work- Electrical Functional Test troubleshooting- Electrical crimping- Electrical soldering- Basic mechanical skills2. Aerospace Mechanical Skills Instructor- Electrical installations, Bonding & Grounding- Aircraft assembly, Heavy Structure Drilling, and/or Maintenance- Blueprints, productions standards, and/or Functional Test- Aircraft systems operations, familiarization, and troubleshooting3. Aerospace Seal Instructor- Experience in the application of Aircraft Sealant application- Clean and apply a sealant to aircraft components4. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Instructor- Experience in Confined Space, Lock Out Tag Tryout (LOTTO), DOT, and Fall Protection-Flexibility to work across shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and travel within a geographic area ranging from Everett to Puyallup.-Mileage reimbursement is available for qualifying commutes beyond the nearest work location

Ability to instruct technical courses in the Aerospace industryManage basic technology to deliver trainingPrior experience working for an aerospace company is desired
