Responsibilities:
Assembly & Integration: Perform electrical, mechanical, and lighting assembly following standard operating procedures (SOPs), engineering blueprints, and specifications.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct functional testing on mechanical and electrical units using standard and specialized test equipment; diagnose malfunctions and repair or replace defective components as needed.

Wire & Connector Prep: Execute wire preparation processes including abrading, etching, priming, pre-coating wires/connectors, wire stripping, crimping, and soldering within established guidelines.

Chemical Handling & Potting: Read and follow precise instructions to mix epoxies, paints, and bonding agents for marking, potting, and component assembly.

Quality & Verification: Inspect and verify your own work to ensure all quality, assembly, soldering, and lighting standards are met before moving items to the next production step.

Documentation & Safety: Complete all required work travelers and test documentation accurately using calibrated tools. Properly handle and manage work-area hazardous waste in compliance with safety regulations.

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Excellent fine motor skills and dexterity using a variety of hand tools, soldering irons, wire strippers, and crimpers.
Proficiency in basic high school math and algebra for measurements and chemical mixing ratios.
Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions and adhere strictly to quality and safety policies.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings, and written specifications.High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational Training equivalent.

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, or precision manufacturing.

Prior experience with soldering tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and calibrated test equipment is strongly preferred.
