Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers to the general ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and balance vendor statements.
Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve invoice, PO, pricing, or payment discrepancies in collaboration with vendors, purchasing, and internal departments.
Vendor & File Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date vendor profiles, including W-9 forms, tax identification numbers, and 1099 classification details.
Month-End & Audits: Support month-end close procedures by preparing accounts payable accruals and providing requested documentation for internal/external financial audits.

Responsibilities:
Experience with multi-state payroll environments.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
Professional certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), or Accounts Payable Certification (CAP).

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years
