Responsibilities:
Assemble roof and floor trusses according to production drawings and specifications
Measure and position lumber using tape measures and hand tools
Operate production equipment safely
Stage materials and maintain an organized work area
Work with a team to ensure accurate assembly and timely production output
Inspect completed trusses for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
Follow all OSHA and plant safety guidelines
Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support production flow
Working hours: 4:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
Ability to use a tape measure
Ability to us a framming hammer

Qualifications:
Ability to work 12 hour shifts
Ability to arrive to work ontime and complete shifts
