Review the blueprints at the start of each job to ensure the correct SAE or NPT fittings are used. Run every cylinder through its cycle at least twice to make sure it functions properly. Visually check all cylinders for leaks, missing hardware, poor welds, or other mistakes. Confirm that the correct valves are installed, test cylinders equipped with velocity fuses, and measure completed parts to verify they are the right size. Work efficiently to maintain an average pace of completing one cylinder every five minutes. Accurately fill out daily production sheets and keep the right blueprints with their matching parts throughout the process. Complete basic preventive maintenance to keep the testing equipment running smoothly. Follow all OSHA and company safety rules, wear your required safety gear.

The ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measurement tools. Manual coordination and technical problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and good judgment when checking product quality. Clear communication skills and a willingness to help the team succeed.
