      JOB SUMMARY: Provides research and analysis support to the HR Shared Service Center (SSC) and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs). Acts as a liaison between the external customer, COE and HR Information Systems (HRIS) teams to ensure data integrity within the HRIS Platform. Ensures service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are at or above standards while striving to improve quality and customer experience. Manage the internal relationship between Tier II team, applicable COE and HRIS. Audit, system and process improvement and SSC strategy and operations.Responsibilities:WHAT IS EXPECTED (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Tier II Specialists in decision making processes related to all HR Operational disciplines.
