Shifts:
Monday - Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM + Overtime $18
Monday - Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM $18.50
Responsibilities:
As an assembly team member, you will play a vital role in the production process, utilizing hand and power tools to assemble products according to precise specifications. You will also participate in quality control inspections to ensure products meet our client's high standards.
Skills:
Experience: 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret assembly drawings or work instructions.
Quality Control: Familiarity with inspecting parts for defects or inconsistencies.
Mechanical Aptitude: A strong interest in how things work and how components fit together.
Efficiency: Experience working in a fast-paced environment where meeting production quotas is key.
Qualifications:
Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive manual tasks.
Safety Mindset: Ability to adhere strictly to all workplace safety protocols and manufacturing guidelines.
Basic Literacy/Math: Ability to read instructions, follow production diagrams, and perform basic arithmetic.
Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
