We are seeking detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our growing machine shop in South Reno. In this role, you will be responsible for the final assembly of specialized mounted devices used across various industries.

What You???ll Do
Precision Assembly: Use your hands to manipulate and install relatively small components into finished mounting units.
Tool Operation: Utilize pneumatic screwdrivers to secure fasteners according to specific torque and assembly standards.
Quality Control: Visually inspect parts during the assembly process to ensure every device meets our high-quality benchmarks.
Organization: Maintain a clean and efficient workstation to ensure a smooth workflow.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination is essential, as you will be working with small parts and hardware throughout the day.
Consistency: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and focus.
Punctuality: Reliability is key for our 7:00 AM start time.
Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a shop environment.
Previous assembly or machine shop experience a plus but not mandatory
