Company 1: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Company 2: $17.77 per hour. Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)
What You’ll Do
- Precision Assembly: Build electrical components using hand tools, standard techniques, and process instructions.
- Technical Testing: Perform high-level testing and environmental stress screenings (thermal, vibration, and vacuum) to ensure product durability.
- Quality & Repair: Identify defective materials, analyze malfunctions in field returns, and execute precision repairs.
- Advanced Techniques: Conduct crimping, tinning, and soldering to maintain strict military and aerospace quality standards.
- Collaborative Improvement: Assist engineering teams with new test fixtures and assembly workflows while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: At least 6 months of continuous work experience with one employer.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read a ruler, use measuring tools, and perform basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing).
- Physical Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination for manipulating small components and the ability to lift up to 25???50 lbs regularly.
- Vision: Good close-up and color vision to ensure accuracy in wiring and assembly.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a desire to follow safety procedures and production schedules.
Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Soldering: Prior experience soldering on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
- Industry Knowledge: 1-2 years of related experience in a technical assembly field.
- Advanced Education: A formal degree or technical certification (great for new college graduates!).
