Spherion Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable Assembler to join the team of a client located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Assembler is responsible for handlig hydraulic, pneumatic,
and other fluid power components. This role focuses on applying in-depth technical knowledge to ensure the proper assembly, testing, and quality control of fluid power systems and products.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay: ranges depending on experience (likely between $17-$19/HR)
Responsibilities:
-Optimizing assembly efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
-Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
-Performing recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.
-Collaborating with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time.
-Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
-Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
-Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED.
-At least 1-4 years of assembly experience in an industrial environment.
