In this role, you will be responsible for building custom automation and robotic devices using a combination of mechanical and electrical assembly skills. Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute the complete assembly build process for custom automation tools.
- Review Bill of Materials (BoM) to ensure all parts are accounted for.
- Assemble components and subassemblies into final tooling solutions.
- Install, route, and align tubing and wiring as required.
- Troubleshoot and debug mechanical and electrical assemblies.
- Conduct final testing and ensure equipment meets customer specifications.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field.
- Experience with custom or one-off equipment assembly.
- Familiarity with industrial automation or robotics.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience or education in electrical and mechanical assembly, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and schematics.
- Solid mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
- Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attendance record.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
