We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable team members to fill three key assembly specializations:

Responsibilities:
1. Hydraulic Assemblers (1st and 3rd Shift | $18.90-$20.40)
Focuses on fluid power systems, precision fittings, and hydraulic components.

Primary Job Functions:
- System Assembly & Fitting: Assemble, fit, and integrate hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and hose lines according to technical specifications and schematics.
- Testing & Inspection: Perform pressure testing, leak detection, and functional checks to ensure hydraulic systems operate safely and within tolerance.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve mechanical or fluid flow issues during assembly, maintaining strict quality control standards.

2. Electronic Assemblers (1st, 2nd & weekend shifts | $17.50-$19.00)
Focuses on wiring, circuit components, precision assembly, and micro-soldering.

Primary Job Functions:
- Component Assembly & Soldering: Assemble electronic sub-units, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and wiring harnesses using precision hand tools, crimpers, and soldering equipment.
- Schematic Reading: Interpret wiring diagrams, engineering schematics, and color-coded instructions for accurate wire routing and connections.
- Quality & Continuity Testing: Inspect solder joints, verify component alignment, and conduct basic electrical continuity testing to guarantee defect-free builds.

3. Skilled Mechanical Assemblers (1st, 2nd & weekend shifts | $23.75-$24.58)
Focuses on complex mechanical builds, industrial power systems, and specialized equipment.

Primary Job Functions:
- Complex Blueprint & Mechanical Build: Read detailed engineering blueprints and build industrial machinery, motors, or heavy mechanical assemblies from start to finish.
- Precision Fitting & Tool Operation: Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches) and operate power tools or overhead hoists to secure heavy components.
- Final Quality & Performance Audit: Conduct comprehensive mechanical alignment, calibration, and operational testing before products move to final shipment.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, blueprint reading, or electronic/hydraulic systems depending on the specific role.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and use hand/power tools safely
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to workplace safety
