Technical & Hands-On
Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment for mechanical or electrical assembly.
Document Interpretation: Able to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Machine Familiarity: Experience operating and monitoring production machinery.
Soft Skills & Physical Requirements
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and quality.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address minor issues that arise during production.
Endurance: Capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
