Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:30-11:00PM

What You'll Do:
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise a team of front-line assembly operators on the second shift floor.
- Organize daily line workloads, assign duties, and optimize line balance based on shifting product priorities.
- Train, coach, and support team members on technical assembly procedures and machine operations.
- Conduct quality control and first-piece inspections, ensuring all finished assemblies adhere to blueprints, work instructions, and bill of materials.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly line bottlenecks or technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Actively participate in hands-on production, sub-assembly, or touch-ups as required to support the team.
- Promote and enforce rigorous safety guidelines, 5S standards, and environmental practices.
- Facilitate seamless shift hand-offs by reporting production metrics and log issues to the supervisor.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or complex assembly environment.
- Demonstrated leadership or prior experience as a crew lead, trainer, or assistant supervisor.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints, engineering schematics, and technical work instructions.
- Solid background using standard assembly hand tools, pneumatic tools, and precision measuring devices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team by example.
Bonus Points:
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Kaizen principles.
- Familiarity with automated assembly equipment, tooling calibration, or machine maintenance.
