Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 2:30pm -11:00pm
Starting wages are based on experience and skill level:
- Entry Level: $15.00 - $17.00/hr
- Intermediate: $17.00 - $19.00/hr
- Advanced/Lead: $19.00 - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities:
- Manual Assembly: Use hand tools and small machinery to assemble multi-part kitchen products, including knife blocks, rolling pins, and displays.
- Finishing & Sanding: Hand-finish and inspect products to ensure smooth edges and a high-quality aesthetic.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of every piece to identify defects, color inconsistencies, or machining errors.
- Packaging & Labeling: Accurately pack finished goods into retail packaging and apply correct barcodes for shipment.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to "7S" workplace organization standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to ensuring every product meets high-end retail standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand regularly and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Hand-Eye Coordination: Proficiency using basic hand tools and small production equipment.
- Reliability: A strong attendance record and a "team-first" attitude.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic!
