What We're Looking ForThe Basics:High school diploma or equivalent6 months to 1 year of industrial/manufacturing or assembly experience (we'll teach you the rest!)Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in EnglishMechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordinationPhysical Requirements: You'll need to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally and be comfortable with walking, standing, and some bending.
