The Details:
Pay: $18.75-$20.75 depending on shift
Location: Owatonna, MN
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shifts Available:
1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Thursday
3rd Shift - 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Thursday
Overtime on Fridays as needed

Responsibilities:
- Assemble various components using hand tools, air tools and measuring equipment ensuring that all specifications are being met to manufacture the highest quality product.
- Analyze rejected product, communicating this with the Lead Assembler and assisting in the problem resolution.
- Uses calibration and testing equipment effectively, ensuring that the product functions according to specifications.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in assembly
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with hand and power tools
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:

Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Understanding of safety
- Ability to stand entire shift and lift up to 50lbs
