Responsibilities:
Daily Transactions: Record and categorize all accounts payable and receivable, ensuring entries are accurate and timely.
Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure financial statements reflect reality.
Payroll Processing: Manage payroll cycles, including tax withholdings, benefit deductions, and year-end reporting.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow).
Vendor Management: Handle vendor inquiries, manage payment schedules, and maintain neat digital filing systems.
Compliance: Assist with sales tax filings and prepare documentation for year-end tax preparation with our CPA.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Certification: Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) designation.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with integrated apps like Bill.com, Gusto, or Expensify.
